Exchange and Return Policy

You may request an exchange due to a change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the set is unused and returned complete with all pieces and its original packaging. The customer pays the exchange shipping fees. Change-of-mind refunds are not available.

If the set is defective, damaged, incomplete or does not match the order, the store covers shipping and resolves the issue through replacement, repair or a refund in accordance with the customer's legal rights.
